The archive is a subject requiring attention in

In cooperation with our clients we can identify which documents should be archived, for how long and how they can be made accessible. DDC CE can digitize almost any physical archive. We can take everything out of our client’s hands: the transport, physical processing, scanning, recognition (OCR, MCR, ICR), indexing and long-term archiving. We can also give our clients access to their digital archive by using our own developed application(s). If the physical documents to be archived may not leave client’s premises, then we can arrange to digitize on location. DDC CE strategically manages the life cycle of documents and maximizes their information content by capturing and transforming the information into accessible, usable, profitable data.

The DDC Group provides trained teams principally in offshore locations to perform, within any business, those tasks relating to the collection, processing and dissemination of information that may be outsourced as a supplier service.
Tasks may or may not relate to a business’s core competency. They may also be one-off or continuous tasks. The service often though not necessarily involves the creation and transfer of document images from which data is captured and returned to the client in an appropriate format. Our team may access the client’s system directly with appropriate administrative controls.
